Every piece of content delivers what the brief promises.
Generated texts often look complete and still quietly leave points out. A dedicated checking agent compares the required content with the finished article, finds gaps and sends them back to the writer – before the content is handed over.
Three stages of the check.
In a traditional collaboration, a gap only shows up at sign-off – and another round of corrections begins. When BrandZaps creates both the brief and the content, the content has to deliver exactly what the brief requires.
Every section of the outline states which numbered required items it covers. BrandZaps checks whether all of them are covered or omitted with a reason – if not, the process follows up once, specifically.
This avoids contradictions between the outline and the requirements. If the brief requires a table or checklist and it is missing, BrandZaps requests that format for exactly the section the outline assigned it to.
The task forbids inventing anything. A table with invented figures would be worse than no table.A fast checking agent compares required content and text by meaning – not character by character.
It returns every gap with its section and a specific task.Same thing, different words.
A character comparison would report a met requirement as a gap just because the wording differs. That is why an agent checks by meaning.
The check does not ask whether a text sounds good in general. It checks whether it fulfils its specific required content and formats.
Fixed rules for a check that ends.
A loop until supposed satisfaction would never end. Responsibility for coverage lies with BrandZaps, not with the user.
Then the check ends.
If the same task is already in the queue, it is not requested again.
The check does not touch sections edited by hand.
An open gap does not block the handover.
The result is saved and evaluated.
At best, the agent finds nothing.
What is promised must be found in the content.
This way no requirements get quietly lost when a complete brief becomes a finished article.
