All websites at a glance.

With separate tools, running several projects means opening each one, compiling the numbers and hoping no problem slips through. In BrandZaps, a project is exactly one website – the dashboard shows all of them together or one on its own, without mixing the data.

A project is exactly one website.

An account can manage any number of projects – several client websites for an agency or several brands for one company. The project list is where you land after signing in.

Clicking a sparkline expands the card, and a dot at the cursor shows the day and value. Numbers count up on load, and lines draw themselves after their number.

Only measured numbers.

The dashboard distinguishes between a missing connection, a missing measurement and a genuine value of zero. A comparison with the previous period only appears if the data actually goes back that far.

NOT CONNECTED
Connect

The card shows a placeholder – never a zero.

CONNECTED, NOT MEASURED not measured yet

The connection is in place; the first measurement is still pending.

GENUINE VALUE 0

Measured and actually zero – a finding, not a gap.

Periods and explanations

Ten presets from “Today” to “All time”, plus a two-month calendar. Inventory figures such as topics or pages describe the current state. Behind the question mark, every metric has its own explanation of what is measured and how.

Separate data for each account.

Accounts are separated in the database itself, not just in the application.

This lets an account manage several projects without any project becoming visible in another project’s data.

Credentials encrypted

Credentials for data sources are stored encrypted.

Two-factor authentication

Sign-in supports a second factor.

For analyses, open the project

Individual topics, sources and decisions within each project, with its own context.
