Content briefs: complete specifications for every page.
For every confirmed page in the target sitemap, a complete brief is created – cross-checked before it is approved. Generated briefs often look complete while silently leaving out points that were previously considered important.
The basis is the confirmed page plan.
A brief is created for every page in the target sitemap that is to be worked on: create a new page, optimise an existing page, expand an existing page.
The run only starts once each of these rows has been decided – confirmed or rejected. Otherwise briefs would be created for half a selection.
Whoever assesses a page knows at that moment which questions it should answer. That is why both are created together – but stored separately by subject: the GEO profile describes the requirements for visibility and citability, and the brief translates them into building instructions or change instructions.

This way, content creation knows not only the topic but also the role of the page, its required content, formats and evidence.
Two types of brief.
It describes which page is to be created, which questions it answers, what content it needs and which format makes sense for it.
The instructions refer to the existing text. Content creation fetches a fresh copy of the current page – it does not work from an outdated version.
The calculated cross-check.
Every section states which required items it covers. BrandZaps checks this as a set operation: anything that is neither covered nor omitted with a reason triggers exactly one targeted follow-up – no endless loop.
A second pass only counts if it covers more than the first. Anything still missing after that is shown on the brief.
Robust in the run, visible in the project.
A single failed page does not end the run. The run can be cancelled without leaving a half-finished result. The finished briefs appear as individual pages and as brief cards.
Approved briefs appear on the content board, where they are the starting point for content creation.
From preparation to production.
Content briefs do more than formally complete the analysis. They bring together everything content creation can build on.
A brief is not a wish list. It is the verified contract between strategy and content.
Complete specifications per page, with a calculated cross-check – and visible wherever something is still missing.
